HR Law’s founding partner Jill Hignett is a member of the Queensland Law Society Workplace Relations Specialist Accreditation Committee.  The committee undertakes the administration and assessment for all lawyers in Queensland wishing to gain Specialist Accreditration in the area of Workplace Relations.  As a member of the committee Jill is recognised as an accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations.

Specialist – Workplace Investigations

HR Law has gained a reputation as being specialists in conducting investigations into all workplace matters.  Once an employee or whistle-blower complaint is received, HR Law is engaged to investigate such complaints on an impartial basis by conducting confidential interviews and issuing a findings report to the investigation.  HR Law’s services in this regard are being utilised by a number of nationally listed companies.
