Jill has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of workplace law. Jill acts for numerous large, medium and small employer clients at state, federal and international levels.

In addition Jill has general commercial litigation experience and is a qualified workplace trainer holding a Certificate IV in workplace training.

Jill is a founding and current member of the Queensland Law Society Workplace Relations Specialist Accreditations Committee and a past member of the Queensland Law Society Court Procedure and Process Committee. Jill has authored numerous articles and presentations on Workplace Relations law.

Prior to commencing in practice with HR Law, Jill was the head of one of Queensland’s largest independent law firm’s employment law division for in excess of 6 years.

Prior to commencing in practice with HR Law, Zita had previous practice experience with both national and Queensland-based professional services firms. Zita has significant experience in all areas of workplace relations law across a range of industries.

Zita has published articles in the labour law area and has presented at industry and client seminars.

Working with employers from a range of backgrounds, at local, state and national levels, Sarah has experience in all aspects of workplace relations law. Sarah has represented both employers and employees in claims for unpaid wages and entitlements, unfair dismissal claims, general protection disputes, workers compensation claims and discrimination complaints. Sarah also has particular expertise in assisting clients to develop employment contracts, independent contractors agreements and enterprise agreements that suit their business needs.
